Website Services Refund Policy
AI-Managed Website Services
Due to the customized nature of AI-managed website services and the immediate initiation of work upon purchase, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Commencement of Services
By purchasing an AI-managed website plan, you acknowledge and agree that work begins immediately upon order confirmation. This work may include, but is not limited to:
- AI-assisted content generation
- Website configuration and structural setup
- Hosting environment provisioning
- Security and performance configuration
- Domain registration (if applicable)
- Image licensing and purchase
- Manual review, adjustments, and deployment preparation
As a result, certain costs and labor are incurred immediately and may not be recoverable.
2. Domain Registration
If a domain name is purchased on your behalf as part of your website plan:
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
- Ownership of the domain will remain with you, even if website services are later canceled.
- Premium domain fees, where applicable, are also non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility Window
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days (72 hours) of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are only available prior to final site delivery or client approval, whichever occurs first.
This refund window is consistent with applicable consumer cancellation standards, including Florida’s 72-hour contract cancellation framework.
4. Refund Amounts
If a refund request is approved within the eligibility window:
- Any non-recoverable costs already incurred (including domain registration and third-party service fees) will be deducted from the refund.
- A reasonable setup and processing fee of up to $300 may, at our discretion, be retained to cover manual labor, configuration, provisioning, and administrative work already completed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The website has been delivered and approved by the client.
- The website has been published to a live domain at the client’s request.
- The refund request is submitted outside the stated eligibility window.
- The service has been terminated due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to use, engage with, or respond regarding the service after delivery.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your website subscription at any time after the initial billing period:
- Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles.
- Previously paid fees are not retroactively refundable.
- Upon cancellation, your website may be deactivated, archived, or removed in accordance with your selected plan.
7. Discretion & Good-Faith Review
The Ad Campaign and JLM Systems reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions in good faith where appropriate.
8. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the official contact methods listed on our website and must include your order number and account details.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing an AI-managed website plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy as part of the overall Terms & Conditions, including the immediate commencement of services and the limitations on refunds described herein.
